For domestic orders shipping is calculated by weight at checkout.  For international orders shipping is calculated by weight and destination at checkout. 

All major credit cards are currently accepted. A discount for using wire transfer or checks is avaliable.

Orders ship between 1-5 business days after payment is received. We ship orders Monday through Friday excluding major holidays. Orders will be processed in the order they are received. You will receive a tracking number via email once your item is shipped.
 
Any damaged items need to be reported within the 15-day window to the “contact us” section of our website. Higginson Jewelry and Antiques is not responsible for lost or stolen packages while in transit. All USPS tracking inquiries should be directed to USPS customer service.
What do I do if I want to return or exchange an item?
If there is any dissatisfaction with any of our items, please contact us via the “contact us” section of our website for help on returns and exchanges. 
 
We want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return an unused item for a full refund (excluding shipping costs) or exchange an item within 15 days of the purchase date. All unwanted items must be returned within the 15-day window. No exceptions.
 
Important note for exchanges: Any piece of jewelry that has been altered (ie sizing up or down) cannot be returned. 

An agreement for Alpha Coin and Jewelry (“Seller”) to sell goods to you (“Purchaser”) is made when we accept your order. The description of goods, price and applicable tax are agreed on between Purchaser and Seller when order is placed. Seller’s charge for transport, packaging, freight and/or insurance will be included in the final invoice upon shipment and is to be borne by Purchaser.

Placement of an order is a binding agreement. Once placed, all orders are considered final and may not be changed or cancelled. Seller reserves the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of offer or payment and to modify or cancel this promotion due to system error or unforeseen problems.

Our goal is to provide high quality goods and products. Accordingly, we warrant our coins and jewelry will meet their specification and will be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery.

Antiques normally have signs of wear and tear so please be aware of this before purchasing. 

Alpha Coin and Jewelry is not responsible for lost or damaged jewelry and antiques after an in-store purchase has been made or delivery has been accepted.
