Secure, safe and anonymous packaging

All of our shipments are securely packed and anonymously labelled, with no disclosure of the contents or value of the package. All of our shipments are packaged to maximize protection of your investment. Your products will come in the same packaging as they arrived to us from the Mints and refiners to the extent that is possible. We then securely package your order so that items cannot move around or touch each other during shipping.

Tracking numbers are issued for every delivery

All packages leaving our facility are issued a tracking number that allows both parties to follow the shipment through the delivery process. You will receive an email from us containing your tracking number when the shipment leaves our facility. This allows you to follow your investment through every portion of the delivery. 

Fully insured for the value of the contents

Your investment represents your hard-earned savings, and you can have complete confidence in knowing that all packages leaving our facility, regardless of value, are insured for their full value. In the extremely unlikely circumstance that something happens to your package, rest easy, you are fully covered. All of our shipments require a signature for you to receive the delivery. If you have instructions on file with a carrier that they are to leave deliveries on your doorstep without a signature we cannot be responsible for your package, and insurance will be void. Once your package has been signed for, insurance is no longer valid and your investment is safe in your hands!
